About

I define myself as a corporate honcho and a mother of two children. Ever since the age of 14 I have questioned the meaning of life, and currently, given that I am pursuing a doctoral in organizational behaviour, I continually question and analyse human behaviour and the thought process that may lead to this.
Having lived my formative years in England, I decided at the age of 21 to make India my home country, where I worked for the first decade as a journalist. I believe that I have a rich tapestry of experiences given my experience of living in two countries, given my role as a senior manager leading a team of 50, and also given that I am a parent of two wonderful children.
While I am a self certified bibliophile, I do believe that apart from books, life itself teaches us so much. This blogs is all about my personal learning. It perhaps stems from the fact that it has become a matter of lifestyle for me to share my experiences – including what lessons I may have learnt from both successes and failures – with my children and also with the team members that I mentor.
This blogs, apart from being a mode of self expression, is being written with the hope that someone out there in cyberspace may perhaps learn from the lessons that life has taught me!
